By booking an appointment with HunnyJar Tattoo, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. I appreciate your understanding and look forward to creating a beautiful tattoo for you. Book here.
Deposit policy
Booking and Deposit Requirement:
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your tattoo appointment. The deposit amount is SGD 50.
The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your tattoo on the day of your appointment.

Rescheduling and Cancellations:
To reschedule your appointment, please do it at least 24 hours in advance. Your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date.
If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to show up, your deposit will be forfeited.
No-Show Policy:
Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
Late Arrivals:
If you are more than 20 minutes late without prior notification, your appointment may be rescheduled, and your deposit may be forfeited. Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Refund Policy:
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, or changes of mind. The deposit covers the artist's time spent on preparing your custom design and securing your appointment slot.
Design policy
Plagiarism or copyright issues:
Custom tattoo designs will be created based on what you sent and the discussion we had. Any images or designs provided by clients will serve only as references.I do not copy other artists' work to avoid plagiarism and to ensure each tattoo is unique and original.
All designs remain the intellectual property of HunnyJar Tattoo and may be used for portfolio purposes unless otherwise requested by the client.
Client Responsibility for Design Accuracy:
It is the client's responsibility to verify the accuracy of all spelling, wording, and numbers provided.
You will be asked to review the design when it is shared with you and again on the stencil before the tattooing process begins.
I will not be held responsible for any errors in spelling or numbers that have been approved by the client.
Unauthorized Use of My Flash Designs:
All flash designs created by HunnyJar Tattoo are original works of art and cannot be copied, altered, or brought to other artists without my permission.
Asking another artist to replicate my flash designs, or having them do so, is disrespectful to the art community and unfair to both my clients and myself, as each piece is uniquely crafted.
It’s important to respect the originality and creativity behind each design.
General policy
Social Media and Promotional Use:
By getting tattooed at HunnyJar Tattoo, photos of client's tattoo may be shared on our social media, website, and promotional materials. Unless client explicitly state otherwise, we reserve the right to use these images for promotional purposes.
Tattoo aftercare:
Detailed aftercare instructions are provided and available on the website. It is crucial to follow these instructions to ensure proper healing.
HunnyJar Tattoo is not responsible for any issues resulting from improper aftercare.
Privacy Policy:
Client personal information will be kept confidential and used solely for booking and contact purposes. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.
Health and Safety:
If you are feeling unwell, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. I prioritize the health and safety of all of my clients.
I prioritize cleanliness and sanitary practices. All equipment is sterilized, and disposable materials are used for each client.
Amendments:
HunnyJar Tattoo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or social media platforms.
